American BBQ SpareRibs


Ingredients:

  • 1.8 kg Pork Spare Ribs
  • 6 tbsp tomatoe sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • S and P to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut ribs then boil in large pot for 20 minutes and drain well.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Place meat and marinate in large marinating container.
  4. Ensure all meat is covered.
  5. Leave overnight, but turn occasionally.
  6. Cook on BBQ and serve with corn on the cob and Spanish rice.
