Ingredients:
- 1.8 kg Pork Spare Ribs
- 6 tbsp tomatoe sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- S and P to taste
Instructions:
- Cut ribs then boil in large pot for 20 minutes and drain well.
- Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Place meat and marinate in large marinating container.
- Ensure all meat is covered.
- Leave overnight, but turn occasionally.
- Cook on BBQ and serve with corn on the cob and Spanish rice.
