Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 jar artichokes drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teasp garlic salt
- Parsley flakes
- Crackers to serve
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Chop artichokes roughly.
- In oven proof bowl mix all ingredients except parsley.
- Smooth over top and place in oven for 20-30 mins.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle parsley flakes on top and serve with crackers.
