Artichoke Dip


Ingredients:

  • 1 jar artichokes drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teasp garlic salt
  • Parsley flakes
  • Crackers to serve

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Chop artichokes roughly.
  3. In oven proof bowl mix all ingredients except parsley.
  4. Smooth over top and place in oven for 20-30 mins.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle parsley flakes on top and serve with crackers.
