Aunty Jackies Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups SR flour (use GF if necessary)
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 egg beaten
Instructions:
- Whisk flour and sugar together, add milk and egg.
- Whisk together until combined and there are no lumps.
- Heat fry pan to medium to hot and melt some butter in pan then add 1/4 cup of the mixture.
- Turn pancake when bubbles are popping in the middle.
- Remove once golden brown.
- Continue until all mixture is used.
- Serve with your favourite toppings.
