Basic Ice Tea

Ingredients:
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 teabags
- 2 TBsp sugar (optional)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 lemon juice
- Ice blocks and garnishes
Instructions:
- In a heatproof jug pour in boiling water and add teabags and sugar.
- Brew tea for 5 minutes and remove teabags.
- Pour in cold water, lemon juice and refrigerate until cold.
- Pour in tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh fruit and/or lemon and mint leaves.
