Beans and Sausages


Ingredients:

  • 6 sausages
  • 1 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 TBsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 TBsp brown sugar
  • 2 stock cubes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley chopped
  • 1 cans beans rinsed and drained unless using baked beans then use the entire contents

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in fry pan and cook sausages until brown all over.
  2. Add garlic and cook for a few more minutes.
  3. Add all other ingredients, except the parsley.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes or until heated through and sauce thicken slightly.
  5. Stir through parsley and serve with a few leaves sprinkled on top.
  6. Serve with crusty bread, mash or rice, if desired.
  7. Recipe can be double.
