Beans and Sausages

Ingredients:
- 6 sausages
- 1 cans chopped tomatoes
- 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 TBsp BBQ sauce
- 1 TBsp brown sugar
- 2 stock cubes
- Olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley chopped
- 1 cans beans rinsed and drained unless using baked beans then use the entire contents
Instructions:
- Heat oil in fry pan and cook sausages until brown all over.
- Add garlic and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add all other ingredients, except the parsley.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until heated through and sauce thicken slightly.
- Stir through parsley and serve with a few leaves sprinkled on top.
- Serve with crusty bread, mash or rice, if desired.
- Recipe can be double.
