Black bean Burgers

Ingredients:
- 3 TBsp olive oil
- 1 can black beans
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin and coriander
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Rinse and drain black beans, either purée in blender or mash with a fork in a bowl.
- Add the other ingredients, except the oil and mix well with your hands.
- Form into four even patties.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook on each side for 4 minutes each side.
- Serve with salad or inside a burger bun.
