Ingredients:
- 1 old banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup milk (can substitute with rice, soy, almond ect)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth! Serve in tall glass.
- Can be doubled.
