Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
- Water
- 2-3 cooked chicken breasts chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped
- 2 big carrots diced
- 2 sticks celery chopped
- 3 chicken stock cubes
- 2 rice noodle bundles
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Bring water to boil and add carrots, celery and stock cubes.
- Continue to boil for 10 minutes then add chicken, salt and pepper, and cook for a further 3-5 minutes.
- Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes.
- Lastly add parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread or toasted if desired.
