Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
- 125 gms butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 1/2 cups SR Flour
- 1 cup choc chips
- 1/3 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 175 C.
- Line two trays with baking paper and set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence, then egg and beat until combined.
- Add flour and pour in enough of the milk until it gets the right consistency.
- (Sometimes you will need the full amount and sometimes you will need a little less.)
- Fold through choc chips and place heap table spoon amounts on prepared trays, spreading them evenly and allowing for spreading.
- Cook for 8-12 minutes or until slightly golden on outside.
- Cook on wire wrack.
