Easy chicken dinner

Ingredients:
- 6-10 chicken thigh fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (GF if necessary)
- 2-4 garlic cloves crushed
- 1-2 TBsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a flat dish place all ingredients and be sure to coat all of chicken.
- Marinate for 20 minutes and turn filets over at least once while marinating.
- Cook on a hot BBQ for about 5-7 minutes each side or until cooked through.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing each filet into 5-6 pieces.
- Serve with your choice of salad and/or rice dish.
