Easy chicken dinner


Ingredients:

  • 6-10 chicken thigh fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (GF if necessary)
  • 2-4 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1-2 TBsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a flat dish place all ingredients and be sure to coat all of chicken.
  2. Marinate for 20 minutes and turn filets over at least once while marinating.
  3. Cook on a hot BBQ for about 5-7 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  4. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing each filet into 5-6 pieces.
  5. Serve with your choice of salad and/or rice dish.
