Easy Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast diced
- 2-3 garlic cloves crushed
- 3 TBsp oil
- 1 stock cube
- 1/3 cup stir fry sauce
- 1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables
- 1 packet pad Thai noodles
Instructions:
- Cook noodles per packet directions and set aside.
- Heat oil in wok or large pan.
- Cook garlic until fragrant then add chicken and cook in batches and remove from pan.
- Cook vegetables in pan then add chicken back to pan, along with noodles and sauce.
- Add salt and pepper if desired and garnish with a couple of chopped spring onions.
- Serve immediately and place any remaining in fridge, for up till three days.
