Easy Stir Fry


Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast diced
  • 2-3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 3 TBsp oil
  • 1 stock cube
  • 1/3 cup stir fry sauce
  • 1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1 packet pad Thai noodles

Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles per packet directions and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok or large pan.
  3. Cook garlic until fragrant then add chicken and cook in batches and remove from pan.
  4. Cook vegetables in pan then add chicken back to pan, along with noodles and sauce.
  5. Add salt and pepper if desired and garnish with a couple of chopped spring onions.
  6. Serve immediately and place any remaining in fridge, for up till three days.
