Egg Slice

Ingredients:
- 6-10 eggs beaten
- 2-3 spring onions chopped
- 1/2 spinach bag chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked pumpkin pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Spray oil
Instructions:
- In rectangular dish spray all sides with oil.
- Pour eggs in dish and then sprinkle all vegetables evenly over dish and poke them under the egg.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.
- Cook in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
