Feel Good Shake

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 or 1/2 banana (depends on size)
- 1 handful frozen blue berries
- 1 handful frozen strawberries
- 1 TBsp ground linseeds
- 1 TBsp chia seeds
- 1 TBsp flaxseed oil (organic)
- 1 TBsp whey powder (omit if vegan)
- 1 handful baby spinach* (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend all together and have late afternoon munchie time.
- It will hold you through to dinner.
- If adding baby spinach it will turn the shake a grey colour, but it does not affect taste.
