Feel Good Shake


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 or 1/2 banana (depends on size)
  • 1 handful frozen blue berries
  • 1 handful frozen strawberries
  • 1 TBsp ground linseeds
  • 1 TBsp chia seeds
  • 1 TBsp flaxseed oil (organic)
  • 1 TBsp whey powder (omit if vegan)
  • 1 handful baby spinach* (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all together and have late afternoon munchie time.
  2. It will hold you through to dinner.
  3. If adding baby spinach it will turn the shake a grey colour, but it does not affect taste.
