Garlic Chilli Chard


Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Swiss or Rainbow Chard
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 long red chilli finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large fry pan.
  2. Add the chilli and garlic and stir for 10-20 seconds.
  3. Add the chard, including the stalks, salt and pepper and the lemon juice.
  4. Stir for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish - very delicious.
