Garlic Chilli Chard

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Swiss or Rainbow Chard
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 long red chilli finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic diced
- salt and pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large fry pan.
- Add the chilli and garlic and stir for 10-20 seconds.
- Add the chard, including the stalks, salt and pepper and the lemon juice.
- Stir for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
- Serve hot as a side dish - very delicious.
