Gluten Free Brownie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup hazelnut or almond meal
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1/3 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
Instructions:
- Turn on oven to 180C.
- Grease rectangular dish and line with grease proof paper, then set aside.
- Place dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Stir in coconut oil then combined milk and eggs.
- Stir well and pour into prepared dish.
- Smooth over top and place in oven for 20 minutes or when centre is cooked.
- Cool on wire rack, sprinkle over a little more cacao powder to decorate.
- Cut into squares, and store in airtight container when completely cool.
