Gluten Free Chocolate Cookies


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/3 cup choc chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C and grease a cookie tray.
  2. Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and sugar sugar n a bowl.
  3. Stir in oil and eggs.
  4. Once combined stir through choc chips.
  5. Place heap TBSP on cookie sheet and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Cool on wrack completely before storing in an airtight container (If they last that long!).
