Gluten Free Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/3 cup choc chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180C and grease a cookie tray.
- Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and sugar sugar n a bowl.
- Stir in oil and eggs.
- Once combined stir through choc chips.
- Place heap TBSP on cookie sheet and cook for 7-10 minutes.
- Cool on wrack completely before storing in an airtight container (If they last that long!).
