Hash brown Slice

Ingredients:
- 1/4-1/2 cabbage shredded
- 2 carrots grated
- 2 potatoes grated
- 2 spring onions chopped
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and paprika
- 1 TBsp garlic powder
- Extra oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Place baking paper in a large roasting pan and grease paper with extra oil, then set aside.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour into prepared baking dish and flatten with the back of a spoon or wet hands.
- Place in preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and slice into squares.
- If you use a pizza cutter to cut, it makes it easier.
- Serve hot or cold with Mayo, if desired.
- Store in fridge for four days.
- Add any extra herbs to the mix if desired.
