Herb Rub

Ingredients:
- 2 teasp dried basil
- 1 teasp dried thyme
- 2 teasp dried rosemary
- 2 teasp dried oregano
- 1 TBsp fennel seeds crushed
- 1 teasp coriander
- 1 TBsp garlic salt
- 2 teasp ground black pepper
- 2 pork loins
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
Instructions:
- Grease a dish with a little olive oil. On the bottom of each loin rub two garlic cloves and flip over.Mix all herb ingredients together and rub on meat and place in prepared dish
- Mix all herbs together and rub over the top part of the loins and then cook for 40 minutes in preheat oven.
- Serve with roasted veggies and spinach salad.
- If using fresh herbs replace one teaspoon with one tablespoon of fresh herbs.
- Double amount and store in airtight got container (for dried herbs only.)
