Herb Rub


Ingredients:

  • 2 teasp dried basil
  • 1 teasp dried thyme
  • 2 teasp dried rosemary
  • 2 teasp dried oregano
  • 1 TBsp fennel seeds crushed
  • 1 teasp coriander
  • 1 TBsp garlic salt
  • 2 teasp ground black pepper
  • 2 pork loins
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed

Instructions:

  1. Grease a dish with a little olive oil. On the bottom of each loin rub two garlic cloves and flip over.Mix all herb ingredients together and rub on meat and place in prepared dish
  2. Mix all herbs together and rub over the top part of the loins and then cook for 40 minutes in preheat oven.
  3. Serve with roasted veggies and spinach salad.
  4. If using fresh herbs replace one teaspoon with one tablespoon of fresh herbs.
  5. Double amount and store in airtight got container (for dried herbs only.)
