Home made crackers


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mix sun flower, pepita and pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 150C.
  2. Prepare two trays by covering them with baking paper, then set aside.
  3. Mix all seeds and husks in a bowl, with salt.
  4. Pour in water and mix well.
  5. Cover and rest on bench for 15 minutes.
  6. Divide between trays and push down with wet hands until 3-4mm thick.
  7. Cook for approximately 1 hour, turning trays around after 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, when crisp.
  9. Once cool break up and serve with your favourite topping.
  10. Store in airtight container.
