Ingredients:
- 1 cup mix sun flower, pepita and pine nuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup psyllium husk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 150C.
- Prepare two trays by covering them with baking paper, then set aside.
- Mix all seeds and husks in a bowl, with salt.
- Pour in water and mix well.
- Cover and rest on bench for 15 minutes.
- Divide between trays and push down with wet hands until 3-4mm thick.
- Cook for approximately 1 hour, turning trays around after 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, when crisp.
- Once cool break up and serve with your favourite topping.
- Store in airtight container.
