Home Made English Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain flour (use GF if necessary)
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup room temperature water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, dry yeast, sugar and baking powder
- Spray oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl mix two waters together and mix in yeast and set aside.
- In a separate bowl whisk all other dry ingredients.
- Make a well in the centre and add the wet ingredients.
- Mix until combined and add quarter cup to a medium hot pan that has been sprayed with a light coat of oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes and flip over and cook for a further 6 minutes.
- Once done cut in half and toast.
- Once toasted apply lashings of butter and vegemite or jam.
- Eat hot, makes 6, and worth the effort.
