Hummus

Ingredients:
- 185 gms chick peas (dried)
- 3 TBsp Tahini (Mayvers brand if available)
- 4-6 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 teasp paprika
- 1 teasp ground cumin
- 1/2 teasp cracked PandS
- 6 TBsp olive oil
- 2 Lemons juiced
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions:
- Cook chick peas per packet instructions and rinse under cold water when done.
- Place in blender with all other ingredients except water.
- Blend and pulse to mix ingredients.
- While blender running pour in water slowly.
- Only add enough to get consistency desired ( more water may be added if required.)
- Pour into dish and decorate with a sprinkle of additional paprika and a sprinkle of olive oil if desired.
- Serve immediately or after it has been refrigerated a few hours.
- Serve with crusty bread or your choice of crackers.
