Life Changing Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 8 TBsp psyllium seed husks
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds or nuts
- 2 TBsp chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 TBsp maple syrup or honey
- 3 TBsp melted coconut oil or ghee
- 1 1/2 cups water
Instructions:
- Prepare a loaf tin, by lining it with grease proof paper and set aside.
- In two separate bowls mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
- Scoop into prepared tin and push down with your hand and make it smooth on top.
- Cover with a clean tea towel and set aside for at least 2 hours.
- Can be left overnight.
- When ready place in preheated oven at 180C and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and remove from tin and paper and place back in oven upside down directly on rack.
- Turn down oven to 130C and cook for about 1-2 hours.
- It will sound hollow when taped, if it is ready.
- Remove from oven and cool completely on rack.
- Cut in skinny slices and serve with favorite spreads and dips.
- Can be toasted and frozen (cut in slices before freezing.)
