Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 500gms pasta cook
- 300-500gms bacon
- 2TBsp olive oil
- 2-3 cup grated tasty cheese
- White Sauce
- 120 gms butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 600ml milk
- 1 teaspoon seeded mustard
- White pepper and salt
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 180C.
- Cook pasta per packet instructions.
- Mean while heat oil in fry pan and cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Cook white sauce in a small saucepan.
- Melt butter then add flour and stir to remove any lumps.
- Pour small amount of milk in and stir continually until it thickens.
- You can use a whisk to make it easier.
- Slow add milk in batch until all the milk is used up and to the thickness you desire.
- At the end stir in mustard and salt and pepper, until all combined.
- Add pasta, bacon and white sauce to a baking dish and cover with grated cheese.
- Pop in pre-heated oven until top slightly golden (about 15-20 mins.)
