Mexican Chilli Pie

Ingredients:
Filling:- 1 kg mince beef
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 TBsp tomatoe paste
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1-2 beef stock cubes crushed
- 3 TBsp olive oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small French loaf sliced
- 3 TBsp olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2-3 spring onions chopped
Instructions:
Filling:- Heat oil in large fry pan and cook garlic for a few minutes.
- Then cook mince until brown.
- Add all other ingredients to the pan and stir well.
- Heat through and pour into large baking dish.
- Place bread slice on top of meat, in a single layer until completely covered.
- Brush top with combined oil and garlic, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Cook in preheated moderate oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle top with spring onions to serve.
