Vegetarian Stir Fried Noodles

Ingredients:
- Flat rice noodles
- Stir Fries Veggies (such as broccoli, capsicum and bok choy)
- Bean shoots
- Coriander 1/4 cup chopped
- 4 spring onions chopped
- 2 cloves crushed
- Oil
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (use GF if required)
- 1 Tbsp sweet chilli
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 lime juice
Instructions:
- Make sauce and set aside.
- Cook noodles per packet direction, then set aside.
- Heat wok and heat a small amount of oil.
- Cook the garlic for 3 minutes.
- Place veggies in pan and stir fry until veggies cooked.
- Place noodles in the pan with the sauce.
- Stir together until blended and heated through.
- Serve with bean shoots, spring onion and coriander sprinkled on top.
