Moroccan Fries

Ingredients:
- 10 white potatoes
- Moroccan spice
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 180C spray oven tray with olive oil spray.
- Cut spuds into 1/8 and spread out evenly on tray.
- Spray them with olive oil spray and sprinkle generously with Moroccan spice.
- Place in oven for 15 minutes remove and flip them and give the tray a little shake before returning it to the oven for another 15 minutes or until golden.
- Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce if desired.
