No Bake Oreo Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
Crust:- 24 Oreos
- 4 TBsp butter melted
- 455gms cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup icing sugar sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 15 Oreos chopped
Instructions:
Crust:- Prepare a 9 inch spring form pan, by greasing base and sides.
- Place grease proof paper in base and set aside.
- In a blender, blend cookies for the base and while rotating add melted butter.
- Once all the cookie crumbs are wet, remove from blender and pour into prepared pan.
- Push the crumbs down until they are even on the bottom of the pan.
- Place pan in fridge while preparing the cheese cake.
- Whip cheese with whip attachment until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla and whip until well combined.
- Pour in cream and whip until very well blended.
- Fold through cookies and scoop into prepared pan.
- Smooth over top and decorate as desired.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
- Carefully remove from pan and serve chilled.
- Keep any remaining cake in fridge for up to 3 days.
