No Knead Bread

Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup room temperature water
- Extra flour
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- In a jug mix the two waters together and pour it into the dry ingredients and mix until ingredients combined.
- Cover and leave for 8-24 hours.
- When ready heat oven to 220C.
- While oven is heating up, spread flour on the bench.
- Tip out dough and turn dough over to cover with flour.
- Place bowl over flour for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile place Dutch oven in the oven for 15 minutes while the dough is under the bowl.
- Once Dutch oven is hot place dough in it, and place lid on and cook for 30 minutes.
- Then remove lid and cook a further 15 minutes.
- Remove bread from Dutch oven and rest go a few hours before cutting.
