Oatmeal Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups mash bananas
- 1 1/2 cup oat flour* (use GF if required)
- 1 cup oats (use GF if desired)
- 8 dates chopped and blended
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 170C.
- Grease and line a baking dish, set aside.
- Mix wet with ingredients and dry ingredients in seperate bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and stir well.
- Pour mixture in prepared baking dish, and cook for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- * make oat flour by placing oats in a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
