Ingredients:

  • 300ml cream
  • 300ml soy milk
  • 1 TBsp caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 100gm chocolate (50gms milk and 50gms dark)
  • 3 gelatine leaves

Instructions:

  1. Put gelatine leaves in cold water, to soften.
  2. In a pot put the cream, soy, sugar and essence.
  3. Heat oven brilliant sugar is dissolved.
  4. Take the pot of the heat and stir in chopped chocolate and stir until completely melted.
  5. Once chocolate dissolved add gelatine leaves and stir until they are dissolved.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool for about 5-10 minutes.
  7. Transfer to glass jars and place in fridge for 3 hour or until set.
  8. Serve with shaved chocolate on top.
