Ingredients:
- 300ml cream
- 300ml soy milk
- 1 TBsp caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 100gm chocolate (50gms milk and 50gms dark)
- 3 gelatine leaves
Instructions:
- Put gelatine leaves in cold water, to soften.
- In a pot put the cream, soy, sugar and essence.
- Heat oven brilliant sugar is dissolved.
- Take the pot of the heat and stir in chopped chocolate and stir until completely melted.
- Once chocolate dissolved add gelatine leaves and stir until they are dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let cool for about 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer to glass jars and place in fridge for 3 hour or until set.
- Serve with shaved chocolate on top.
