GF Choc Chip Brownie

Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drain
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup dark choc chips (dairy free for vegan)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Grease a small dish and line with grease proof paper.
- Turn on oven to 160 C.
- In a blender add all ingredients except choc chips.
- Blend until combined, then stir in 1/2 cup of choc chips with a spoon.
- Pour into prepared dish and sprinkle over the remaining choc chips.
- Place in oven for 40 minutes or until cooked.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove to cooling rack.
- Once cool cut into squares.
