GF Choc Chip Brownie


Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drain
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup dark choc chips (dairy free for vegan)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Grease a small dish and line with grease proof paper.
  2. Turn on oven to 160 C.
  3. In a blender add all ingredients except choc chips.
  4. Blend until combined, then stir in 1/2 cup of choc chips with a spoon.
  5. Pour into prepared dish and sprinkle over the remaining choc chips.
  6. Place in oven for 40 minutes or until cooked.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove to cooling rack.
  8. Once cool cut into squares.
