Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh basil packed (can substitute half with spinach)
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a blender, blend leaves and pine nuts.
- Once mixed add remaining ingredients and blend until all cook combined, but still has some texture remaining.
- Serve mixed in with pasta or as a dip.
