Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
- 5 cups plain flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- (15ml teasp not 20ml teasp)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 TBsp olive oil
- 500-600ml warm water
- Extra olive oil
Instructions:
- Put all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix together.
- Make a well in the centre then add the combined water and oil.
- Use the dough hook and mix until a ball is formed.
- If dry add more water, only one TBsp at a time or add more flour if the dough is sticky.
- The dough is ready when it feels silky, not sticky.
- Remove dough ball from bowl and lightly grease bowl with olive oil.
- Place dough ball back in the bowl and cover.
- Place in a warm spot until it doubles in size (3-5 hours.)
- Punch down and place on a floured surface.
- Cut into four pieces.
- Roll into rounds for pizza or ovals for calzone.
- Use immediately!.
