Quick and Easy Butter Chicken

Ingredients:
- 6-8 chicken thighs cut into strips and strips cut in half
- 1/3 cup tandoori paste
- 1 can tomatoe soup
- 1 TBsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 onion diced (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 300ml cream
- Serve with rice and/or naan bread and spicy chutney if desired
Instructions:
- Place chicken in a bowl with paste, mix well and set aside for 10-20 mins.
- Meanwhile heat oil in fry pan and cook garlic and onion.
- Once done cook chicken in batches quickly.
- Once all chicken done add back to pan, add soup and garam masala and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then stir through cream and heat through.
