Quick and Easy Butter Chicken


Ingredients:

  • 6-8 chicken thighs cut into strips and strips cut in half
  • 1/3 cup tandoori paste
  • 1 can tomatoe soup
  • 1 TBsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 onion diced (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 300ml cream
  • Serve with rice and/or naan bread and spicy chutney if desired

Instructions:

  1. Place chicken in a bowl with paste, mix well and set aside for 10-20 mins.
  2. Meanwhile heat oil in fry pan and cook garlic and onion.
  3. Once done cook chicken in batches quickly.
  4. Once all chicken done add back to pan, add soup and garam masala and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Then stir through cream and heat through.
