Reginas Rum Cake

Ingredients:
Cake:- 1 Yellow/Butter cake mix
- 1 Vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1/2 cup rum
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 125 gms butter
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Cake:- Preheat oven to 160C and grease a ring cake tin and set aside.
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl for a few minutes with an electric mixer.
- Pour into tin and bake for 45-60 minutes or until skew come out out clean.
- Remove from oven and prick the top with a skew, all of over the cake.
- Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan until all are melted and combined.
- Stir a few times while cooking.
- Pour sauce on cake while still hot.
- Leave in tin for one hour, then turn out on to a plate.
- Serve it warm or cold with cream and strawberries.
- You can sprinkle the top with a little icing sugar if desired.
