Ridiculously Good Olive Oil Dip!

Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 TBsp capers finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 TBsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme finely chopped
- 3 TBsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and cracked pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup good quality extra-virgin olive oil
- pepper flakes (optional)
- Crusty bread to serve
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
- Serve spread out on a flat plate with crusty bread.
- Alternatively you can mix all ingredients except olive oil and make two mounds on a plate, then pour olive oil around mounds.
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
