Rum Balls

Ingredients:
- 1 packet Marie biscuits crushed
- 1 can sweetened and condensed milk
- 1 TBsp desiccate coconut
- 2 TBsp cocoa
- 1-3 drops rum essence (optional)
- Extra coconut
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl except extra coconut with a big spoon.
- Scoop out about one teaspoon at a time and roll into ball in the palm of your hands, then roll in extra coconut, until completely covered.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, before serving.
- Can be made up to one week in advanced if kept in air tight container.
- You can double this recipe.
- In hot weather you may have to refrigerate before rolling into balls.
