Rum Balls


Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Marie biscuits crushed
  • 1 can sweetened and condensed milk
  • 1 TBsp desiccate coconut
  • 2 TBsp cocoa
  • 1-3 drops rum essence (optional)
  • Extra coconut

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except extra coconut with a big spoon.
  2. Scoop out about one teaspoon at a time and roll into ball in the palm of your hands, then roll in extra coconut, until completely covered.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours, before serving.
  4. Can be made up to one week in advanced if kept in air tight container.
  5. You can double this recipe.
  6. In hot weather you may have to refrigerate before rolling into balls.
