Russian Tea Cakes

Ingredients:
- 225 gms butter melted
- 2 1/4 cups plain flour
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- Extra icing sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Line two trays with baking paper and set aside.
- In a bowl add all ingredients and stir to combine.
- Roll heap table spoon size balls and spread out evenly on tray.
- Press the centre of each ball with your thumb, to flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15-20min or until slightly brown.
- Remove from oven and cool on baking rack until completely cold.
- Roll in extra icing sugar and serve.
- Store in airtight container.
