Sesame Squares

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup white sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup black sesame seeds or pepitas or chia or linseed seeds or a mixture
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 TBSP rice syrup
- 1 TBSP honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 TBSP melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Line a baking tray with a baking sheet or baking paper.
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
- Pour ingredients on to the baking tray.
- Place another baking sheet or paper on top of seed mixture and push down with your hand.
- Then roll on top of baking paper until mixture is about 2-3 mm thick.
- Gently remove top baking sheet or paper and place in oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once out of oven score mixture to make squares (use a pizza wheel or knife) and leave to cool completely.
- Once cool break into squares and store in airtight container.
