Simple Friedrice

Ingredients:
- 4-6 cups cooked rice
- 300-400gms diced bacon
- 3 corn cobs corn removed
- 3 spring onions chopped
- 2-3 tbsp sesame oil
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste (white pepper)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in large fry pan and add diced bacon.
- Cook until bacon starting to brown, then add corn.
- Stir corn until all coat and mixed with bacon and cook a few more minutes.
- Add rice and cook until heated through, add soy sauce and spring onions and stir until mixed in.
- Easy and yummy! Make gluten free by using gluten free soy sauce.
