Six layer dip

Ingredients:
- 1 can refried beans*
- Guacamole (use 3 avocados)
- 1-2 cups salsa
- 200ml sour cream
- A little milk
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 3-4 spring onions chopped
- Bag corn chips to serve
Instructions:
- In a medium deep dish spread the refried beans over the bottom.
- Then smooth over the guacamole, then the salsa.
- In a small bowl mix the sour cream with a little milk, to remove the lumps and to make it easier to spread.
- Spread carefully over the salsa and then sprinkle the cheese over the top.
- Lastly sprinkle the spring onions on the out edge.
- Serve with corn chips.
- you can use the refried beans with extra chilli if desired.
