Spicy Lentil Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 can lentils drained or 1 1/2 cups cooked lentils
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1-2 TBsp hot chilli sauce (gluten free)
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 TBSP lime juice
- salt and pepper (to taste if desired)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz for about 5 mins or until mostly smooth.
- Serve immediately with crackers and/or cut up veggies.
- Or store in fridge until required.
- This is seriously good despite its colour.
