Spicy Lentil Dip


Ingredients:

  • 1 can lentils drained or 1 1/2 cups cooked lentils
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1-2 TBsp hot chilli sauce (gluten free)
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 TBSP lime juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste if desired)

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz for about 5 mins or until mostly smooth.
  2. Serve immediately with crackers and/or cut up veggies.
  3. Or store in fridge until required.
  4. This is seriously good despite its colour.
