Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:
Main:- 500gms pasta (use GF if necessary)
- 1 large can tuna in water drained
- 1 bunch parsley chopped
- 400 gms cheese grated
- salt and pepper to taste (white pepper)
- One quantity white sauce
- 110 gms butter
- 1/3 cup flour (GF if necessary)
- 500ml milk
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- Pinch Grated nutmeg
Instructions:
Main:- Cook pasta per packet directions.
- While pasta is cooking, chop parsley and set aside.
- Drain can of tuna and set aside.
- Cook the white sauce.
- Once pasta is cooked drain well, then place back in pot.
- Stir through parsley and tuna, then stir through white sauce.
- Season with white pepper and salt.
- Add all ingredients together, except cheese and stir well.
- Serve in bowls with good handful of cheese on top.
- Melt butter in small saucepan, then add flour stirring until all lumps removed.
- Add a small amount of milk (about 1/4-1/3 cup) and stir continuously until it thickens.
- Add more milk as before and continue until all the milk is used up.
- Add salt and pepper and nutmeg and stir well.
- Use immediately.
