Tuna Rice Bake

Ingredients:
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1-2 chicken stock cubes
- 1/2 bunch parsley chopped
- 1 425 gms tuna in olive oil drained
- Grated tasty cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Put curry powder and stock cubes in boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Place all ingredients in a baking dish except cheese and stir to combine then smooth top.
- Cover with grated cheese and place in preheated moderate (180D) oven for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with salad if desired.
