Tuna Rice Bake


Ingredients:

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1-2 chicken stock cubes
  • 1/2 bunch parsley chopped
  • 1 425 gms tuna in olive oil drained
  • Grated tasty cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Put curry powder and stock cubes in boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Place all ingredients in a baking dish except cheese and stir to combine then smooth top.
  3. Cover with grated cheese and place in preheated moderate (180D) oven for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve with salad if desired.
  5. Quick and super easy!.
