Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
- 500 gms turkey mince
- 2 spring onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 medium zucchini grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 inches grated ginger
- 1 lemon grass finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and make into patties.
- Cook in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil until cooked through and nicely browned.
- Serve with fresh salad and homemade chutney or sauce.
- You can double this recipe.
