Tzatziki


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt (Chriss brand)
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 2 garlic clove crushed
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 or more cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch chilli powder

Instructions:

  1. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out pips, until only meaty part left.
  2. Cut thinly and add to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mix well and serve chilled.
  4. Serve with meals with breads or crackers as a dip- it is very versatile! (Tzatziki is really a taste preference and taste it once you have mix all the ingredients together.
  5. You may want to add more garlic, lemon juice or cumin ect!).
