Ingredients:
- 3 cups Greek yogurt (Chriss brand)
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 2 garlic clove crushed
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/4 or more cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch chilli powder
Instructions:
- Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out pips, until only meaty part left.
- Cut thinly and add to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well and serve chilled.
- Serve with meals with breads or crackers as a dip- it is very versatile! (Tzatziki is really a taste preference and taste it once you have mix all the ingredients together.
- You may want to add more garlic, lemon juice or cumin ect!).
