Upside Down Banana Cake

Ingredients:
Cake:- 75gms butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teasp vanilla essence
- 1/2 teasp baking soda
- 4 bananas cut in half
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 1/2 teasp baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 milk
- 1 egg
- 100gms butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
Cake:- Turn on oven to 160C.
- Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with butter and set aside.
- Melt butter for sauce in a small pan.
- Once completely melted add the sugar.
- Stir until melted.
- Pour in prepared dish, then place cut bananas on top, set aside.
- Beat butter in mixer until light.
- Add sugars and beat for 5 minutes.
- Add egg and vanilla essence and beat until combine.
- Add flour, coconut and baking soda then lastly milk.
- Beat until combined and push down sides a few times.
- Spoon over bananas and flatten with a large spoon.
- Place in oven for 30 minutes or until top is golden.
- Turn upside down on a dish and serve with ice cream or cream, if desired.
- Melt butter in a small pan and pour in sugar.
- Stir until sugar melted.
