Vegan Snickers Slice


Ingredients:

Base:
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup almonds or peanuts
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 TBsp peanut butter (Mayvers brand or all natural type)
  • Pinch of rock salt crushed
Middle:
  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted and soaked for 30 mins
  • 1/2 TBsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • Pinch of rock salt crushed
Top:
  • 1/2 cup copha or coconut oil
  • 6 TBsp cacao or pure cocoa
  • 2 TBsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (if desired)
