- 1/2 cup almonds or peanuts
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 TBsp peanut butter (Mayvers brand or all natural type)
- Pinch of rock salt crushed
- 1 cup Medjool dates pitted and soaked for 30 mins
- 1/2 TBsp maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- Pinch of rock salt crushed
- 1/2 cup copha or coconut oil
- 6 TBsp cacao or pure cocoa
- 2 TBsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (if desired)
